Amazing service, I'm bowled over, from the minute I logged the fault with my boiler openfix were brilliant, great communication update, gas engineer rang quick to book visit, told me what he was looking for. Diagnosed issue and returned fitted part with 24 hours. Thanks Openfix

I have given 5 stars based solely on the sign up experience, which I completed online after abandoning my first attempt, after I started to have doubts. Hopefully, those doubts will be unfounded should I need to call for assistance
Update 11.3.25. I have an outdoor security light affixed to the house, which has stopped working. I called Openfix only to be told that external lights are not covered. The last time I had a problem with an external security light, it was included in comparable cover provided by Homeserve, and they replaced the unit. I have therefore changed my star rating from 5 to 3.
