Very pleased with the service received so far from OpenFix. I was nervous about using the company as I hadn't heard of them but glad I made the switch. Communication has been excellent and received my boiler service as promised. So far so good ????

Couple of different experiences..Trying to get a service date from them is like pulling teeth. However boiler broke on Tuesday morning got a hold of them on appt at 10am and had a local engineer here the next day. That plumber was brilliant he worked for Cosy

After an online request, we moved your boiler service to a more convenient time and confirmed this with you via message. It is now scheduled for March, and your assigned engineer will be in touch closer to the time to arrange a date that suits you.
We’re glad we could respond quickly when your boiler broke down and that you had a great experience with the engineer. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve.

Easy and clear to sign up to Openfix. I had to contact support as I’d keyed in the wrong start date. Spoke to Jack who sorted things out swiftly with no problems.
