I only signed up last week so can’t comment on any repairs yet, but the sign-up was quick and the site was easy to follow. Hopefully the rest of the experience lives up to this first impression.

I had an issue with my boiler losing pressure, so I logged a repair through the online portal. Within 24 hours, an engineer was booked and came out the next day. He was really friendly, explained the problem clearly, and had it sorted within the hour. Everything was done professionally and without any fuss. It’s such a relief knowing I’ve got reliable cover in place now.

My experience with Openfix is mainly good,apart from a rocky start due to my giving you the wrong account number initially, entirely my fault,it was resolved via Jack on the phone.
Unfortunately I haven't received any material ie a copy of the contract so far,I hope one will be coming soon.
