I’m not usually one for leaving reviews but this was just so easy I had to say something. The sign-up took minutes, and the price was better than I expected. Felt confident straight away, which isn’t always the case with this sort of thing.

I asked via chat when I would get a boiler service if I signed up to a plan today, was told September, I signed up and now my account says boiler services in my area was in May meaning I won't get a service before winter, very disappointed, will be cancelling my plan as I need boiler service before winter sets in

It was a great deal with a big discount, but what really stood out was how easy the whole thing was. I’ve used other companies in the past that made everything complicated—this was the complete opposite!

Early days but I’m happy so far. Signing up was smooth and everything arrived by email straight away. I’ve not had to use the service yet, but communication has been good and everything feels well organised.

The policy information was clear and didn’t feel like it was hiding anything in the small print. Compared to some other providers I’ve used, this felt a lot more upfront and easy to follow.
