I was with the gas board for years, but I’m glad I made the switch. Signing up with OpenFix was refreshingly simple and the customer service was genuinely helpful. Fingers crossed I won’t need to use it too soon, but so far, so good.

I had an issue with my boiler losing pressure, so I logged a repair through the online portal. Within 24 hours, an engineer was booked and came out the next day. He was really friendly, explained the problem clearly, and had it sorted within the hour. Everything was done professionally and without any fuss. It’s such a relief knowing I’ve got reliable cover in place now.
