I am still waiting for a call back after making two phone calls in the last 7 days, as a new customer I am finding this a bit of a concern.

The plumber gave me a call about an hour before arriving, which was really helpful—I didn’t have to spend the whole afternoon waiting around. Once the job was done, he took the time to clearly explain everything he’d done to fix my boiler.

The difference in service level compared to BG is incredible. Engineer was out to see me super fast, issue fixed with no fuss!! Highly recommended!
