Just had the CP12 gas safety check done for my rental. The engineer was able to work around my tenant’s shifts, which really helped. My tenant mentioned that the engineer was very polite and professional, left everything tidy, and provided a copy of the certificate on the spot. The added bonus is that all the paperwork shows up in my online account—no risk of it getting lost. Really pleased!

After my hot water running cold for a lot longer than usual I reached out to openfix and after a quick call an engineer was with me within 6 hours. After investigation a service was alls that was required and I’m back up and running again. Couldn’t recommend openfix enough for their efficiency in handling my problem.

Gareth is a legend, he had my boiler back on the same day I reported the fault. Great customer service, highly experienced engineer. I would highly recommend Open fix.

I brought a plan last week because a boiler service alone would cost me more than this plan. One of their agents called me to make sure I was happy with everything they helped me log into my account area and told me when I would be getting the service and how I can report a repair to them which was helpful.

Had a problem with my kitchen tap leaking and the issue was solved in less than 2 days. The plumber was great, really professional and turned up on time, cannot fault the service I received from start to finish. Thank you.
