I’ve now signed up 3 of my rental properties with this plan, mainly because the pricing is really good compared to others. It covers the boilers without costing loads, no brainer really, great for a landlords. So far, everything has gone smoothly, had one of my gas certificates done last week, and the tenant said the service was good.

The engineer arrived on time and completed my landlord gas safety inspection, no complaints about the quality of the service. Communication before the visit could have been better. A quick text update on arrival time would have been helpful. Overall, though, I’m very pleased with the service and feel confident that I’m in good hands with OpenFix.

Yesterday was my first time needing a repair when my boiler suddenly stopped working. They arranged for an engineer to come out the same day, and he was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he was friendly and explained what had gone wrong. It’s great to have such reliable support. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I’ve been looking for affordable boiler cover, and OpenFix was a great find. Their plans are reasonably priced and offer exactly what I need without extra charges. Everything was explained well and its very clear what to expect from the start, but I was dissapointed that the full discount offer was really only applicable to the most inclusive plan (hence 3 stars) when i only wanted boiler cover. Hopefully service will be reliable.
