Didn't recieve conformation so rang up and took 2 attempts to get through although was a snowy day so probably busy. Pressed for call back but still waiting for that . When o did eventually speak to someone they were very helpful but am worried about wait times on phone for future instances

To set up the cover we wanted was very easy and everything was clear with what you can do and don't do for the cover.
