Yesterday was my first time needing a repair when my boiler suddenly stopped working. They arranged for an engineer to come out the same day, and he was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he was friendly and explained what had gone wrong. It’s great to have such reliable support. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

I’ve been looking for affordable boiler cover, and OpenFix was a great find. Their plans are reasonably priced and offer exactly what I need without extra charges. I signed up this month, and it’s given me peace of mind already knowing I have a reliable service if anything goes wrong. The online process was a breeze, and I feel like I’ve made a great choice

Everything was explained well and its very clear what to expect from the start, but I was dissapointed that the full discount offer was really only applicable to the most inclusive plan (hence 3 stars) when i only wanted boiler cover. Hopefully service will be reliable.

Our heating broke down and I had only signed up with OpenFix a couple of weeks before. I was a bit nervous, but they responded quickly and had an engineer visit within a day. He was friendly, efficient, and got the heating back on just in time for the cold weather. Impressive service. Very happy with my choice!"

I had an issue with my toilet not flushing, and OpenFix fixed it quickly and efficiently. The plumber arrived on time and had everything sorted in less than half an hour. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend the service.

I was a bit unsure at first, since I didn't actually speak to anyone when booking a plumber. But, I've got to say, it all went perfectly. The customer service team sorted everything really quickly, can't fault the service at all, really impressed with how smoothly it all went.
