So far so good. I've not used it for a breakdown yet, but good to know it's there.

I’ve now signed up 3 of my rental properties with this plan, mainly because the pricing is really good compared to others. It covers the boilers without costing loads, no brainer really, great for a landlords. So far, everything has gone smoothly, had one of my gas certificates done last week, and the tenant said the service was good.

The repairman was polite and got the job done quickly. The toilet’s working again, and I’m happy with the service.

The engineer arrived on time and completed my landlord gas safety inspection, no complaints about the quality of the service. Communication before the visit could have been better. A quick text update on arrival time would have been helpful. Overall, though, I’m very pleased with the service and feel confident that I’m in good hands with OpenFix.
